On January 19, 2015, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police and the Kitchener Fire Department were dispatched to a house fire on Cora Drive in the City of Kitchener. The fire had been extinguished prior to the arrival of emergency services. There was extensive heat and smoke damage to the residence. No one was injured. The circumstances of this fire are suspicious and police are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 519-650-8500 ext. 6340, or provide information anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
