(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On November 4, 2015 at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a residence which was fully engulfed by fire, on Dawson Street, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
The Bruce Peninsula OPP Crime Unit, along with the South Bruce Peninsula Fire Department, the Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Victim Services attended the scene.
A male and a female were transported to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The fire was contained to the main residence, with minimal heat damage to the adjacent houses. The total cost of damage has yet to be determined as the investigation is on-going.
