On March 28th, 2015 at 6:45pm the fire alarm went off at a student residence located on Phillip St Waterloo. The complex was evacuated. WFD responded. The fire located in on of the units was put out. Damages are estimated at $15000. No injuries resulted from the fire. The fire is not suspicious in nature.
