On Saturday January 16, 2016 at approximately 2:45 p.m. a garbage dumpster was lit on fire at Holy Rosary School located at 485 Thorndale Drive, Waterloo. Waterloo Fire Department attended to extinguish the fire, no serious damage was caused to the property. Two individuals were seen throwing an unidentified item into the dumpster. They were described as: a female wearing longer black puffy style jacket and a male wearing a black shorter jacket. Both were described as being in their teens or early twenties.
