On January 21, 2014 at 10:07 PM Emergency Services responded to a house fire at 168 Veronica Drive in Kitchener. The fire was extinguished after extensive damage was caused by the blaze. The single occupant of the house was taken to Grand River Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There were no other injured parties involved. Kitchener Fire Department continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
