Filthy Tenants, Property Damage and Welfare Abuse To Be Discussed At Landlord Meeting

There is a UnitedLandlords.ca meeting at the Wingham Coffee Culture, Wednesday March 28 @ 7:00pm. Those in attendance will be offered free access to the master black list and free forms, once they are verified.

Landlords and property managers that want access to the master black list and forms, must be screened and verified by UnitedLandlords.ca. Verification can be done Wednesday night by having an eligible person vouch for you, such as a known Landlord, real estate agent, property manager, lawyer, North Huron Councillor, Accountant or Wingham Police Officer. You can also be verified by showing a copy of your property tax bill, or other documentation that shows you are property manager/landlord. This is being done to make sure tenants do not gain access, for reasons that will be made clear at the first meeting.

Please bring your laptops and tablets if you want to register for website access, or to have a free tutorial on how to use the website. Bring your own coffee money, and money for the 1/2 priced baked goods which Coffee Culture offers after 6pm.

Please note that every landlord is vulnerable to nightmare tenants, whether they own one unit or fifty.
