On the 17th of January 2015, at approximately 2:22am an altercation occurred at a restaurant in the uptown Waterloo area. As a result of that altercation a 26 year old male from Cambridge received a broken arm. He was taken to Cambridge Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released. On the 21st of January 2015, a 22 year old male from Waterloo turned himself into police. He was charged with Aggravated Assault and held for a bail hearing.
