(SEBRINGVILLE, ON) – On July 8, 2019 at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Sebringville detachment became aware of 2 males who were observed in a vehicle, but were on conditions not to be together. A traffic stop was initiated and the 2 males and a female were arrested. A small quantity of fentanyl was seized during the arrest.
The first male, Grzegorz MALOLEPSZY, 33-years-old, of Kitchener was arrested and charged with;
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
The second male, Tomasz KURZYDLOWSKI, 40-years-old, of Kitchener was arrested and charged with;
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
The female, Kerri-Lynn LOCKREY, 31-years-old, of Kitchener was arrested and charged with;
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Fentanyl
All 3 people are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on August 19, 2019 to answer the charges.
The estimated value of the seized offence related property is $500.00.
