The Guelph Police Service would like to make the public aware of two recent incidents where females have been approached by unknown males while they have walked alone, in Guelph.
The first incident occurred on October 22, 2013 at 7:45 a.m., in the area of Willow Road and Silvercreek Parkway North. A 15-year-old female was approached by an unknown male, driving a newer white 4-door vehicle. The male asked the female if she wanted a ride. The female refused and the male drove away.
The second incident occurred on November 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., in the area of Edinburgh Road, north of College Avenue. An 18-year-old female was approached by an unknown male driving a black 4-door vehicle. The male wanted to give the female a ride. The female refused and the male drove away.
The physical description provided by both females was similar:
Male, white, in his 30’s, heavy build with black hair.
It is uncertain if the same male is involved in both incidents.
