On Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:41 a.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Arthur Street and Elizabeth Street. Through investigation grounds were formed that the female was impaired and she was placed under arrest.
Rebbecah CLELLAND, 27 years of Guelph, was charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. She will appear in court on February 4, 2014.
