Investigators with the York Regional Police Major Collision Investigation Unit are releasing video surveillance and looking to speak with the drivers of two vehicles that may have information regarding a fatal fail-to-remain collision in the City of Vaughan.
On Monday, August 8, 2016, at approximately 11:25 p.m., a fail-to-remain collision occurred in the area of Highway 7 and Keele Street. The victim 35-year-old Adam COLUCCI from Woodbridge was found severely injured and succumbed to his injuries. Police believe the he was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at the collision scene.
Investigators are releasing video surveillance footage of two vehicles that were seen in the area of the collision and may have witnessed the suspect vehicle that struck Mr. COLUCCI. Investigators are appealing to the drivers of these vehicles to come forward and contact police.

The investigation is ongoing and investigators are also appealing to the driver of the vehicle involved in the collision to seek legal counsel and turn yourself in.
