(BROOKE-ALVINSTON, ON) Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues its investigation into a fatal crash that occurred at around 5:45 a.m. on October 25, 2012 on Petrolia Line.
The driver of the vehicle has been identified as 47 year old Marjolein VAN HOORN from Petrolia.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation. Further information will be provided when available.
