(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On November 13, 2014 at 4:02 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) police received a report of a 2 vehicle crash along Bruce County Road 12 in Carrick Township. Officers responded to the scene with members of the Teeswater Fire Department and Bruce County EMS.
A White Ford Escape was south bound on Bruce County Road 12 when the vehicle began to spin and collided with a White Dodge 3500 pick-up truck that was north bound on Bruce County Road 12.
The driver of the Escape, 59 year old Marcus Urbanowicz of London, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation unit is assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
