(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – The Huron OPP detachment has identified the deceased from the motor vehicle collision that occurred just before 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the intersection of Kintail Line and Belfast Road in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.
Matthew COCHRAN, aged 30, from London, ON was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a passenger in the Chevrolet Blazer.
Both drivers and two additional passengers in the Chevrolet Blazer were treated at Alexandra & Marine General Hospital in Goderich for non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection is now open. The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation team continues to investigate the crash.
