(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA, ON) – On Tuesday November 21, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Wellington Road 124, Eramosa.
49-year-old David McCowan of Rockwood was killed when the Dodge sedan he was driving collided head on with a tractor trailer.
OPP have determined that the driver of the tractor trailer is not at fault nor was vehicle malfunction identified as a factor. No charges will be laid.
