(PERTH SOUTH, ON) – The driver of the sport utility vehicle (SUV) involved in a motor vehicle collision on January 17, 2018 on Perth Line 34 in the Township of Perth East has been identified.
Fifty-nine-year old Clarence DOUGLAS of the Municipality of Val-Rita Harty died in hospital on January 27, 2018.
The tractor trailer driver was uninjured.
An investigation into the motor vehicle collision was completed by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Technical Collision Investigation unit. No charges were laid.
