(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On Saturday August 6, 2016 just after 4:00 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a serious single vehicle, motor vehicle collision at a private property located on Longwoods Road, Southwest Middlesex, Ontario.
Middlesex County OPP, along with Middlesex London Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and the Southwest Middlesex Fire Department, responded to a private property located in the 3600 block of Longwoods Road. Upon arrival, responders located a single motor vehicle at the rear of the property, which had collided with a tree.
A 26-year-old male occupant was located inside the red Mazda car, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased has been identified as Stefan BEST, from Central Huron, Ontario. The identity of the driver was withheld pending notification to family.
