(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On May 1, 2015 at 6:09 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Bruce County Road 28 and Huron-Bruce Road in Carrick Township.
A Green Chevrolet Camaro was southbound on Bruce County Road 28 when it collided with a White International Stake Truck that was westbound on Huron-Bruce Road. The driver of the stake truck, 55-year old Ralph KREUTZWISER of Huron-Kinloss Township, was charged with fail to yield.
The driver of the Camaro, 64-year-old William REUBER of South Bruce Municipality, was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit is assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
