(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On November 27, 2016, at approximately 7:45 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario and other emergency responders were dispatched to a single motor vehicle crash on Centre Road.
The investigation revealed that a beige Chevrolet car was travelling southbound on Centre Road, when it crossed the northbound lane, and left the roadway to the east. It travelled down an embankment, rolled, and came to a rest on the south side of the Ausable River.
The male driver (and lone occupant) of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 35-year-old Quentin MACGREGOR, from North Middlesex, Ontario.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) attended the scene to assist with the investigation. As a result, Centre Road was closed from Glasgow Street to Townsend Line until approximately 2:30 p.m.
