(GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On August 31, 2018 at 2:33 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident at a farm property on 3rd Concession in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. Grey County Paramedic Services and Southgate Dundalk Fire Department assisted.
The incident involved farm machinery equipment that was being operated by the occupant of the farm. A 4 year-old male suffered life threatening injuries. The child was transported by ambulance but succumbed to his injuries.
OPP Forensic Identification Services and OPP Grey County Crime Unit continue to investigate the incident.
