Family Dispute Leads To Arrest On Cut Line Road

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Just after 7:30 a.m. on October 4, 2016, members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a family dispute at a residence along Cut Line Road.

Upon arrival officers learned a male suspect had caused damage to a vehicle parked at the scene.

A male subject was taken into custody for Mischief and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order.

Members from the Huron OPP Detachment, West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) and West Region Canine Unit are still at the scene as the investigation is continuing.

Please note: Cut Line Road is closed between Porter’s Hill Line and Orchard Line for the protection of emergency responders.

This is an isolated incident. There is no threat to public safety.
