On the 24th of July 2013 at approximately 3:50 am, Owen Sound Police responded to a fail to remain collision involving a parked vehicle in the 200 block of 11th Street West. A resident in the area was woken by the sound of the collision. The suspect vehicle was last seen speeding away westbound on 11th Street West then northbound on 4th Avenue West. The suspect vehicle was described as an older, white coloured pickup truck with damage to the front end. The parked vehicle sustained moderate damage to the rear passenger side quarter panel.
