(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 30, 2015 at 1:10 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check on a Black Pontiac Grand Am in the Sobey’s parking lot located along Durham Street in Kincardine. The occupants of the vehicle refused to cooperate and, as other officers arrived, they were taken into custody. The investigation culminated with criminal charges being laid.
Forty-one-year old Shane PATTERON of Brantford has been charged with extortion and conspiracy to commit an offence. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for October 1, 2015.
Twenty-four-year old Andrew LEWIS of Brantford has been charged with extortion and conspiracy to commit an offence. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for October 1, 2015.
Twenty-nine-year old Andrew JOSEPH of Simcoe has been charged with fail to comply. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for October 1, 2015.
