(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) As a result of further investigation into the actions of Eva Donna OKELLO (36) from Etobicoke at the Ritz Lutheran Villa long term care facility in Mitchell, the following additional charges have been laid by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Perth County;
Two counts of “trafficking in a schedule 1 drug†contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and one count of “common nuisance – endanger life†contrary to section 180(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
On Tuesday March 20, 2012, Okello appeared in Stratford Court where she was remanded into custody until March 22, 2012 when she will appear by video in Stratford Court.
