Eva Donna OKELLO – Personation Of Nurse With Intent to Gain Advantage

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday March 17, 2012 Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County detachment officers were informed by Stratford Police that a female was currently being investigated for providing a false name.

Further Investigation by the OPP Perth County Crime Unit revealed that the female had worked one shift at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, a long term care facility in Mitchell, under a false name as a registered nurse.

Eva Donna OKELLO (36) from Etobicoke, ON was arrested and has been charged with “personation with intent – intent to gain advantage”. She has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear at Provincial Court, Stratford, ON on Tuesday March 20, 2012.

The Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour have been notified. The Perth County OPP Crime Unit is continuing its investigation.
