On September 29, 2012 at 2:25am, Guelph Police observed a Silver KIA commit a driving offence at the intersection of Edinburgh Road and London Road. A traffic stop was conducted and as officers spoke to the driver he admitted to consuming alcohol. A road side test was done with an approved screening device. The driver failed this test and was arrested.
Ethan LORUSSO 20 years of Guelph was charged with drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on October 9, 2012.
