(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On January 26, 2012 at 9:22 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer on patrol stopped a Hyundai Elantra pulling a utility trailer at the intersection of Huron Road and North Street South. The officer discovered the male driver was driving with a suspended licence. The driver also failed to surrender the permit for the trailer.
As a result, Ernest CSORDAS, aged 69, from Central Huron, ON has been charged with Drive While under Suspension and Draw Trailer, Fail to Surrender Permit. He is scheduled to appear in Ontario Provincial Court – Goderich, on April 3, 2012.
