(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On August 17, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Vanneck Road, Middlesex Centre.
The officer determined that the 24-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Eric MCROBERT, of Middlesex Centre, Ontario was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on September 19, 2018 to answer to the charge.
