(WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) On April 21, 2013 at approximately 1:41am, a County of Wellington OPP officer spoke to the driver of a 2006 Dodge pick-up truck on Main Street South, Wellington North Township. The driver showed signs of alcohol consumption. Police demanded a Roadside Screening Device test from the driver, but he refused.
Eric Fitzpatrick, age 22 of Kettleby On. has been charged with Refuse Breath Sample, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 28, 2013 to answer to the charge.
