(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) Members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a local business in Listowel where employees discovered that inappropriate images had been captured by their employer while at work.
On Monday, October 27, 2014, David HICKS (58), a resident of the Municipality of North Perth was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code of Canada offence of “voyeurismâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear at the Criminal Court of Justice in Listowel on December 10, 2014, to answer to this charge.
