On January 9, 2015 at 12:38 p.m., the Guelph Police received the report of a possible impaired driver on Wyndham Street South. The vehicle and driver was located parked in the parking lot of the Provincial Court on Wyndham. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Emanuel Pereira, 43 years of Cambridge has been charged with care and control over 80 mg. He will appear in court on January 23, 2015.
