(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On Saturday September 22, 2012 at approximately 3:35am County of Wellington OPP officers observed a 2000 Chrysler that was being driven erratically on Wellington Street at Wyndham Street in the City of Guelph. Police stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver and discovered that he had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Ehab Lufti Mustapha aged 21 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code and Adult Young Driver – BAC over Zero contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 19, 2012 to answer to the charges.
