(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Section, OPP Technological Crime Unit, and Huron County OPP Detachment have arrested and charged a Huron County male following an online child pornography investigation.
On May 29, 2012 police executed a search warrant at a Central Huron residence and seized two computers and external media that contained images of child pornography.
Edward HOY, age 53, from Central Huron has been charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Make Available Child Pornography and one count of Access Child Pornography contrary to the Criminal Code.
He has a scheduled court date set for June 25, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. RM12054203
