(KINCARDINE, ON.) – 18 year old Dustin Hughes of Kincardine Township is facing charges of Operate Over 80 Milligrams and Person Under 19 Years Having Alcohol following a traffic stop on County Rd 15, Greenock Township, on November 14, 2009. Hughes is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on January 11, 2010 to answer to the charges. Motorists are reminded that impaired driving will not be tolerated, “If you drink, don’t driveâ€.
