Durham Pop Machine Break Ins

Just after 5:00 a.m. on December 16th West Grey officers were advised that unknown person(s) had broken in to two pop machines at North Wellington Co-op on Garafraxa St S in Durham and removed coins from them. Officers then discovered that the pop machine outside the L&M across the road from the Co-op had also been entered. Damage to the pop machines is estimated at five hundred dollars each and it is unknown how much money was stolen. If you have any information about these incidents or noticed anyone suspicious in the area of the two pop machines in the overnight hours of December 15, please call the West Grey Police Service or Crimestoppers.
