(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On August 29, 2017 at approximately 1:52 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a threats complaint following a neighbour dispute which resulted in the arrest of a 54-year old male from Dundalk in the Township of Southgate.
The accused, who had uttered a threat to a neighbour which involved the use of a firearm was arrested and charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm.
A search warrant was executed at the man’s residence. No firearms or ammunition were located.
The accused was held for a bail hearing scheduled on August 30, 2017. His next court appearance is August 31, 2017 in Owen Sound.
