On January 4, 2013 at 12:51am, Guelph Police observed a motor vehicle in the parking lot of the Manor Hotel that had just driven from the rear of the parking lot to the front. Police investigated this driver and determined he was impaired. The man was also on a recognizance of bail that had a condition he was breaching. He was arrested.
The 32 year old Guelph man was charged with impaired driving, drive over 80mg and breach recognizance. He will appear in bail court on January 4, 2013.
