(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On March 17, 2018 at approximately 9:56 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver after a pick-up truck was observed being driven erratically over the front lawn of a residence on Artemesia Street South in the Township of Southgate.
58-year old Michael REDMOND of the Township of Southgate was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on April 12, 2018.
