Drunk Driver Caught On Highway 21

(SAUGEEN FIRST NATION, ON) –On May 2, 2015 at 2:27 a.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on patrol along 21 Highway, Saugeen First Nation. The officer stopped a Green Mazda and found the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-one year old Kyle KOVAK of Waterdown, has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams, plate improperly displayed and fail to notify change of address. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 25, 2015 to answer to the charges.
