(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 19, 2015 at 8:13 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Elgin Street in Walkerton stopped a Green Toyota Corolla. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Forty-Eight-year old Rodney SIMMONS of Brockton has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams, drive with no insurance and improper muffler. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 21, 2015 to answer to the charges.
