Drunk Driver Busted In Tim Horton’s Parking Lot

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 4, 2015 at 5:49 p.m., erratic driving concerns on a Blue Ford F150 were reported to the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). The truck was located in the Tim Horton’s parking lot along Broadway Street in Kincardine and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Thirty-one-year old Ben MACPHERSON of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 16, 2015 to answer to the charges.
