(PERTH EAST, ON) – On January 27, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County Detachment and OPP Highway Safety Division (HSD) were out in full force, actively and purposefully reducing the amount of impaired drivers. A male driver was stopped for an infraction under the Highway Traffic Act.
While speaking with the driver, officers formed the opinion that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. He was arrested and transported to an OPP detachment for further testing.
Adam PORR, 35-years-old, of the Township of Wilmot was arrested and charged with;
Driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on February 25, 2019.
