(WALKERTON, ON) – On December 19, 2017 at 10:40 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an impaired driver operating a Green Chevrolet Cavalier in the town of Walkerton. Officers located the vehicle along Catherine Street in Walkerton and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Fifty-seven-year old Alan SCARLETT of Owen Sound has been charged with care or control while impaired and care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 31, 2017 to answer to the charges.
