On September 30th 2016, the Halton Regional Police, Burlington Street Crime Unit (SCU) concluded a drug trafficking investigation that resulted in five arrests and the execution of Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Burlington area motel room.
Seized as a result of the Investigation:
12 grams of Popcorn” – Heroin mixed with Fentanyl
5.5 grams Cocaine
2.2 grams Marihuana plants
1 canister of bear spray
$675 in cash
