Drug Charge At RIDE

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) On February 12, 2013 at about 10:30pm, members of the County of Wellington OPP were conducting a RIDE spot check on Wellington Road 34 near Townline Road in Puslinch Township. As officers spoke to the driver of a 1999 Mazda that entered the spot check, they could detect the odour of freshly burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver surrendered a quantity of marijuana to police.

42 year old Sean O’Sullivan has been charged with Possession of marijuana, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He has been scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 22, 2013 to answer to the charges.
