(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 6, 2015 at 4:27 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Russell Street in Kincardine when a Black Nissan Pathfinder stopped. Officers found a quantity of illegal street drugs in the vehicle. Thirty-nine-year old Jamie CAMPBELL of Kincardine was charged with 2 counts of possessing a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 20, 2016 to answer to the charges.
