(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) On April 19 at approximately 9:23pm, County of Wellington OPP officers spoke to two male occupants of a Honda Accord in the car pool parking lot at Highway 6 and Highway 401 in Puslinch Township.
Officers detected the odour of fresh marihuana coming from inside the vehicle, resulting in the driver surrendering a quantity of marihuana to police.
Tarig Osman, age 29 of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 7, 2013 to answer to the charge.
