Drug Bust – Several Hall Of Shamers Caught Again

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) Two males and two females are facing criminal charges following a drug offences investigation. On September 9, 2013 members from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region Canine and officers from the Huron County Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at residence and farm property located on Cut Line Road.

As a result of the search warrant police seized cannabis marihuana, cannabis marihuana plants and a quantity of hydromorphone pills. The combined street value of the controlled substances is estimated to be $29,000.

As a result of the investigation four people have been charged:

Martin MASOWA, male, age 30, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) and Possession of Schedule I Substance (Hydromorphone) contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Justin FIELD, male, age 23, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) contrary to section 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Andrea GREEN, female, age 23, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of Schedule I Substance (Hydromorphone) and Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) contrary to section 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Tracey FEDDES, female, age 46, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) contrary to section 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

All have been released from custody and have scheduled court appearances at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on November 4, 2013.
