On Friday July 29, just before 4:00 pm, members of the Owen Sound Police Service Drug Unit and Uniformed officers conducted a search warrant and arrested four Owen Sound residents at a home in the 800 block of 6 th Avenue West.
As a result of the investigation police seized hydromorphone, marihuana and firearm ammunition.
Two residents were charged and released on the following charges and will appear on August 25 and August 26 at the provincial courthouse in Owen Sound.
A 31 year old man is charged for the offences of:
– Possession of a schedule II drug (Marihuana)
– Two counts of failing to comply with probation order
A 26 year old woman is charged with the offence of:
– Possession of a schedule I drug (Hydromorphone)
A 27 year old man remains outstanding and is wanted for the offence of:
– Possession of ammunition in violation of order of prohibition
The remaining two persons that were arrested in the residence were investigated and released unconditionally.
