Drug Bust In London

On Friday, December 4 2015, members of the Guns and Drugs Section, consisting of members of the London Police Service and RCMP, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant at a Marlborough Avenue residence.

As a result of this warrant and subsequent arrests, police seized the following:

Crack Cocaine – 6 grams – $600.

Marihuana – 92 grams – $920.

Cocaine – 179 grams – $17,900.

Fentanyl Patch – 1 100mcg/h – $300

Total Drugs seized:

Two London ON residents were charged with the following offences:

Lloyd Moodie (48 yrs)

– Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine), contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;

– Possession of a schedule I substance (fentanyl patch), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;

– Possession of a schedule I substance (cocaine), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act; and

– Possession of a schedule II substance (marihuana), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Bobbi-Jo MacLellan (35 yrs)

– Possession of a schedule I substance (crack cocaine), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;

– Possession of a schedule I substance (cocaine), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act; and

– Possession of a schedule II substance (marihuana), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Lloyd Moodie had a court date of December 5, while Bobbie-Jo MacLellan is expected in court on December 18, 2015.
